Shipping and Returns
Since COVID all shipments, domestic and international have been taking longer than normal. Allow extra time for all domestic first class and priority shipments. Some international shipments are taking up more than twice as long as normal to be delivered.
DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is by First Class Mail at the flat rate of $4.99 for the entire order for USA. Orders placed in the United States of over $29.00 (after discounts are applied) are shipped free using First Class Mail.
(NOTE: A $4.99 SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED for orders which fall below the the free shipping threshold after a refund is issued. For example, if the original order totaled $60 it received free shipping. If $40 worth of merchandise is returned the net sale is $20. If the shipping charge is $4.99, that amount will be deducted from the $40 refund.)
Priority Mail is also available at the rate of $7.95 per order.
Priority Express is $32.95 per order and is available only by prior arrangement.
Priority orders placed before 9:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the same business day (M-F); after 9:00 a.m. EST will ship next business day (M-F). First Class orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) and during normal times arrive within 2-5 business days (M-F) of shipment.

TROUBLESHOOTING DELIVERY ISSUES
SHIPMENT LABELED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER. The risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address. We cannot be responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. If you are interested in insuring your parcel, we can assist with that.
STEPS TO TAKE
-Check the area near your mailbox. Check the landscaping, etc.
-If you live in a multi-tenant building, check with the office
-Call your local Post Office or carrier's office with your tracking number to put them on notice. The 800 number is not as effective as the local number. They can assist you with submitting a search.
-Email us to let us know what you have experienced. Sometimes we can help with contacting the carrier.
REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you experience any problems or inconvenience, please contact us by email. We will replace any damaged merchandise immediately. A refund within 30 days of the purchase date will be given when requested by the customer. Thirty days after the purchase date refunds can no longer be given, but merchandise exchange will gladly be given. The only product we sell that cannot be refunded are the stick-on bifocal lenses. Once removed from the package, these "stick-on" lenses cannot be resold. An exchange for a pair of bifocal sunglasses of your choice will be given if you are unhappy with the "stick-on" lenses. We want you to be totally satisfied with our products. If you wish to exchange for a different power, color, or style, you should send your glasses back for a refund and then reorder according to your preferences. If you prefer, you can send your glasses for an exchange without going through the reorder process. Just send to the address listed below and enclose a note telling us what to send you along with $3.00 for return shipping.
We honor requests for refunds that are returned in the original condition with original packaging. We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when glasses are returned without packaging and are not clean.
ON REQUEST $4.00 RETURN MAILING LABEL. Upon request we can email you a prepaid return shipping label. There is a $4.00 charge for this service. If you are requesting a refund we will deduct the $4.00 from your refund. For exchanges, please include $4.00 cash or check along with your return.

Enclose the packing slip to expedite the refund or exchange process. Enclose $3.00 for return postage if you are requesting an exchange. If the error is ours, just return without return postage as it will be at our expense. The correct pair will be sent to you right away. No return authorization number is required.
RETURNS FROM INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES: Due to the high cost of shipping we are unable to ship items as replacements for defective glasses. We will, in this case, issue a refund of the items purchase price in lieu of shipping replacements.
